What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of operation issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the operations team to understand and address incoming problems.
  • Develop effective communication channels with the operations team to streamline issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in fulfillment processes.


Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or relevant areas.
  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
  • Deep knowledge in the product that the technician is supporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
