Senior Associate wears different hats—part strategist, part analyst, part operator, and often the person who makes things actually happen. You will be the CEO's extension across the organization and the connective tissue between strategy and execution.

What You'll Do
- Leading and tracking company-wide strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO Office
- Configuring, executing, and socializing transformation plans across all departments
- Designing and implementing cross-functional projects that move the entire organization forward
- Building and maintaining OKR/KPI systems that create real accountability
- Preparing board presentations, investor communications, and executive reports
- Serving as the bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Keeping the CEO Office accessible, organized, and open to new ideas
- Following the latest trends in logistics, e-commerce, AI, and technology
- Assisting teams across the company in high-profile projects as assigned
- Ensuring critical processes and systems are established to support rapid growth
- Researching and reporting on strategic agenda issues before they become urgent
Who You Are
- Strong financial and analytical acumen—you think in numbers and build models that drive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Turkish and English
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans
- Capacity to manage multiple complex projects without dropping balls
- Analytical mindset with the courage to get out of your comfort zone
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Positive attitude, team player, excellent multitasking skills
What Brings You One Step Closer
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, FP&A, or high-growth startups
- Management consulting background (MBB, Big 4 Strategy)
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or technology sectors
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or M&A processes
- Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent)
