Who We Are
OPLOG is the tech engine behind seamless e‑commerce fulfillment for top brands across Türkiye, Europe, and the US. By fusing in‑house software with robotics and automation, we erase the line between the physical and digital worlds—delivering post‑purchase experiences that turn customers into fans and giving our clients an unfair competitive edge.
We’re building a world-class robotic fulfillment ecosystem, and we’re looking for curious minds to shape the future with us.
About the Role:
We are looking for a senior/mid-level software developer to join our Robotics Technology team and work dedicatedly on the robotics platform, which orchestrates our AGV operations across robotic fulfillment environments.
This role is crucial to the scalability, reliability, and feature evolution of the Robotics Systems. The developer will work closely with product, integration, mechanics, and electronics teams to build and maintain robust backend systems that power real-time multi-agent AGV orchestration.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain backend components of our robotic operations platform, focusing on AGV orchestration and simulation logic
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Robotics Engineers to transform field use cases into high-impact backend features
- Develop, test, and optimize algorithms for path-finding, task allocation, charging orchestration, and other multi-agent behaviors
- Contribute to sim-to-real frameworks ensuring alignment between simulation and real-world deployment
- Analyze logs and telemetry data to identify issues, bottlenecks, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in design reviews, grooming sessions, and R&D activities with multidisciplinary teams
Who You Are
Must-haves
- Strong command of the .NET framework and C#
- 3–7 years of backend development experience, ideally in robotics, logistics, or industrial systems
- Hands-on experience with simulation systems, real-time architectures, and IoT-based deployments
- Familiarity with event-driven systems and real-time queues (Kafka, MQTT, etc.)
- Understanding of graph-based routing, scheduling, or logistics optimization
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
Nice-to-haves
- Background in Warehouse Robotics Systems (WRS), WES, or WMS
- Experience in MVP-stage robotic R&D projects
- Exposure to TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, or similar government-supported tech programs
- Working knowledge of IP network structures, PLC systems, and industrial protocols (MODBUS, CAN, EtherCAT)
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong plus
