About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist who will bring our fulfillment centers and office culture to life on social media.
This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, ideate and execute high-impact content, and capture the unique pulse of a tech-driven environment with a fulfillment backbone. You’ll be empowered to shape how our brand is experienced online — from behind-the-scenes warehouse action to our vibrant office energy.
What You'll Do:
- Take full ownership of social media content production — ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Visit fulfillment centers and offices regularly to capture authentic moments, workflows, and culture.
- Create engaging, TikTok-style videos and stories with a creative, playful, yet polished tone.
- Align all content with the brand’s visual identity and strategic messaging.
- Develop content calendars and campaigns for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, operations) to highlight milestones, team stories, product updates, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate content strategy accordingly.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in social media content creation — especially short-form video (TikTok, Reels).
- Strong visual storytelling and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently, managing time, and owning creative processes.
- Ability to bring a sense of “scale-up flair” and authenticity to corporate storytelling.
- Familiarity with current social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others.
- Bonus: Experience in tech, logistics, or startup environments.
