Role Overview

After achieving strong success in Turkey, OPLOG are now expanding into Europe and the US, and looking to hire someone who can take the lead in growing their sales pipeline. You will need to be a results-oriented, motivated demand generation marketer who has experience working with SDR/ BDR teams and are motivated by the opportunity of creating a multi-channel, multi-layered demand generation playbook that will set new standards.

Sitting within the growth team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering 1:many demand generation campaigns to generate new top of funnel leads for SDRs and using feedback loops with SDRs and sales teams to improve campaign planning and messaging.

You will have an interest and understanding of B2B demand generation, underpinned by a good knowledge of general marketing practices, including planning, messaging development, creative execution and ROI tracking. You will be used to working collaboratively with SDRs and sales teams and be proactive in testing new ideas and finding ways to improve campaign performance.

What You Will Do:

· Create a deep understanding of target personas - their challenges, motivations, drivers of change – and how to engage them.
· Partner closely with SDRs and sales teams in planning and delivering demand generation campaigns and ensure strong marketing and sales alignment at all stages.
· Deliver account research and analysis to select, segment and prioritise the right target accounts.
· Develop and deploy multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including message and proposition development and identifying the right mix of channels to use.
· Use hight intent buying signals and technologies to identify engagement and prioritise SDR outreach efforts.
· Report on the overall effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and performance against KPIs.
· Participate in the evaluation of new marketing technologies (MarTech) and data sources.

Who You Are:

· Proven marketing experience from either an E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS Software industry
· Minimum of 3-5 years of demand generation experience
· Experienced in creating and using Ideal Customer Profiles and target account lists.
· Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan.
· Team player who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
· Experienced in managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
· Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to achieve results.
· Proven ability to think strategically, with strong attention to detail in execution.
· Experienced in using marketing automation software and CRM & Sales software (Hubspot preferred)
· Experienced using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to target individuals and build relationships.
· Bilingual English and Turkish would be a strong advantage.
