Who We Are

OPLOG is the tech engine behind seamless e‑commerce fulfillment for top brands across Türkiye, Europe, and the US. By fusing in‑house software with robotics and automation, we erase the line between the physical and digital worlds—delivering post‑purchase experiences that turn customers into fans and giving our clients an unfair competitive edge.

We’re building a world-class robotic fulfillment ecosystem, and we’re looking for curious minds to shape the future with us.

What You'll Do:

AGV/AMR Vehicle & Chassis Design

  • Execute the design of autonomous AGV chassis, carrier systems, and body structures
  • Prepare prototype assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and production engineering drawings

Motion Control & Drive System Development
  • Select and integrate servo motors, drives, and encoders
  • Size and design the mounting of gearboxes (planetary, helical, etc.)
  • Conceptualize and detail-design ball screws, linear guides, and gear systems (spur, helical, worm)
  • Optimize mechanisms through motion simulations and dynamic analyses (SolidWorks Motion, FEA)

Robotic Fulfillment Subsidiary Systems

  • Conceptualize and detail-design rack modules, receiving/distribution/picking/placing stations, and auxiliary conveying equipment
  • Select components appropriate to modular configurations and load capacities

Analysis & Simulation

  • Perform stress, vibration, and durability analyses during the design process using FEA and motion-simulation tools

Production Preparation & Procurement

  • Rigorously manage technical drawings, tolerancing, and production documentation within PDM/PLM systems
  • Draft supplier specifications and coordinate CNC, machining, sheet-metal, thermoforming, and injection-molding productionprocesses

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Participate in requirements and integration meetings with R&D, Electrical/Electronic, and Software teams
  • Provide technical support during testing and commissioning phases

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD
  • Hands-on knowledge of motion control (servo motors, gearboxes, ball screws, gearing) and material-handling mechanisms
  • Proficiency with FEA and motion-simulation tools (e.g. SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS)
  • Experience selecting metal and plastic materials and specifying manufacturing methods (CNC, machining, sheet-metal,injection molding)
  • Strong skills in reading technical drawings, applying tolerances, and managing production documentation
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Problem-solving mindset, analytic thinking, and strong teamwork skills
