What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute complex projects and initiatives from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of project management processes and methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, promoting accountability, transparency, and innovation.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively and delivered to the highest standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from top notch universities; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years experience.
- Proven experience in program management or project management roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com.
- Experience with budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ability to adapt to change and navigate uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
