What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and update performance data regularly to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze data for growth opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain alignment with the overall sales strategy.
  • Work closely with onboarding teams, offering support and maintaining communication.
  • Utilize data visualization tools like QlikSense or Power BI for sales analysis and reporting.
  • Manage customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools, such as QlikSense or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
