Associate Product Manager (Robotics) - Hybrid

İstanbul, Tuzla
Work Type: Full Time
Who We Are

OPLOG is the tech engine behind seamless e‑commerce fulfillment for top brands across Türkiye, Europe, and the US. By fusing in‑house software with robotics and automation, we erase the line between the physical and digital worlds—delivering post‑purchase experiences that turn customers into fans and giving our clients an unfair competitive edge.

We’re building a world-class robotic fulfillment ecosystem, and we’re looking for curious minds to shape the future with us.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Associate Product Manager (Robotics) to join our Robotics team. This role will be directly involved in translating product requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development, and supporting the execution of those tasks through analysis, documentation, and close coordination with cross-functional teams.

This is a field-heavy and execution-focused role, ideal for someone who can think in structured flows, communicate effectively across hardware/software interfaces, and is not afraid to get their hands dirty in a warehouse environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Write detailed user stories, feature breakdowns, and acceptance criteria based on the Product Manager’s direction
  • Conduct business and functional analysis to clarify the scope and ensure development alignment
  • Collaborate with developers, operators, and engineers to ensure a mutual understanding of tasks
  • Monitor field operations, identify breakdowns or improvement areas, and feed insights into the product backlog
  • Support documentation such as PRDs, incident breakdowns, test reports, and process maps
  • Ensure all robotic product flows are understood and validated across stakeholders before development

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), or Mechanical / Electrical-Electronics Engineering
  •  Experience in factory or warehouse environments is strongly preferred
  • Past involvement in software development or implementation projects is essential
  • Ability to understand both physical systems (robotics) and digital systems (WMS, FMS, MES, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and an organized working style.

What We Offer

  • AI‑assisted coding & LLM licenses – build smarter, faster
  • Paid vacation in your first year – no waiting period
  • Birthday day off – celebrate you
  • Private health insurance – from day one
  • Shuttle service or monthly gas card – your commute, covered
  • Meal card – lunches on us
  • Learning budget – for courses, books, and conferences
  • Mac or PC – your choice of tools
  • English courses – grow your communication skills globally
