Who You Are: 

• Education is high school or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus. 
• 3+ year of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  
  

What You'll Do:

• Daily Management of shift.
• Administrative management of associates.
• Job allocation to associates.
• Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
• Tracking and reporting of labor hours.
• Tracking and feedback of associate performance.
• Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues.
• Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations daily.
• Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity.
• Stand-in for Operations Manager.
