We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services essential to our fulfillment operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement procurement processes and strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead commercial and contract negotiations across the sector and deliver productivity and cash flow targets to ensure business plans are met.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and terms for goods and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to optimize procurement processes.
  • Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.


Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Business Administration, Science, Engineering or other related field.
  • 8+ years experience  in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to effectively operate in a matrix driven organization, through collaboration and influencing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
